Payment
We accept bank transfer,Western Union(WU),Paypal and Moneygram ect; Design and/or production will not begin until deposit has been received. Final balance is due prior to shipment of goods. Goods will not be shipped until final balance is received.


About delivery
All custom orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve-basis.  Please place your order early.  Your delivery date will depend on when we receive your final order and approval of your proofs has been completed.  Delivery is subject to the current production schedule and unless a specific date has been agreed upon in writing, delivery may be postponed. Completed orders  will be shipped after customers balance is paid in full.

 

Turnaround time

Typically 3 to 4 weeks. We say "typically" because it actually depends on you. If you are good about getting us what we need and communicating with us in a responsive fashion, the faster it goes.and also depands on the payment, pay quicker move faster.


Reorder and Add-ons
Once the order has been sent to manufacturing,Just send a request to your customer service person and they will assist you in fulfilling that request. Your CSR will then collect any additional payments and place your new order. If the jerseys were sent to you and you want  to reorder some, please tell the teams this is  the last  reorder and get all the info at a time.


Extra sizing and small shipping
Extra sizing jerseys need to collect more $2-$3 per piece,more fabric,printing and shipping for the extra jerseys(over 4XL).And small shipping cost is very expensive,so we hope to get the package to at least 21 KG,about 100 t-shirts,then you can get a little better price,so small orders will be quoted higher price.


Refund
Customers that refuse or cancel orders after DIY Sports has received the deposit will forfeit the 50% deposit and will be billed for the 50% balance.  All goods will remain the property of DIY Sports until paid in full.
Once artwork has begun, any deposit paid will not be refunded.


Pricing
Since all of our work is customized to fit your needs, cost will vary based on a number of factors. Cost is affected by the quantity order, number of colors in your design and type and color of garment ordered. We generally work with high volume accounts, but would be open to speaking with you about your needs. For smaller orders, may be need to add a little extra; if custom templates or custom logos,then need extra fees. 

 

Mistakes

Custom Clothing is a complex process; there are a number of steps that you and DIY Sports need to go through in order to get your orders to you. Unfortunately in rare occasions mistakes can be made. If you receive something that you did not approve, have a color or print problem or a manufacturing issue, contact us immediately. If we have made an error in your order, we will remake or repair your order as soon as possible. If, however, you have ordered the incorrect items or sizes or approved a design that is incorrect or any other issue not within the control of ours, we cannot take responsibility for that, however, we will work with you to come up with a solution to help you get on the road as soon as we can.

Designs
Let our design team help you create the perfect graphic for your needs. Whether you need an existing logo reproduced or brand new custom art, our talented staffs will work with you from concept to finished art. Designs are offered in a wide variety of subjects, styles, shapes, and sizes, to suit any project
• Artwork must be saved as a TIFF, PSD, EPS, AI or PNG file.
• Illustrator art, created as vector artwork, should be saved as either an EPS or AI file
• Photoshop files should be saved as PSD or PNG, preferably in layers
• All fonts need to be converted to 'OUTLINE' format. This saves you from having to send the fonts as well.

• All Pantone colors should be specified in order for you to get a more accurate print.  If you have a color copy of your artwork that you would like us to match, please send. PMS colors can also be listed on the color comp.
